João Horvath has spent his entire 18‑year career growing within JBS, beginning in his hometown of Brasília and progressing through roles in sales, pricing, and finance before taking on his current position as the leader of JBS Imports' case-ready operations. 

Today, he oversees the entire operational flow to ensure the right raw materials arrive at the right time, so customers always receive their products when they need them.

João also works closely with manufacturing partners, building strong relationships that keep the supply chain moving smoothly and reliably.

Fun Fact: Behind the scenes, João is all about teamwork, both at work and at home. When he's not managing the complexities of the operations, you'll likely find him with his family locked in a lively round of the board game Sorry! (which they take very seriously).
