Our Beef City Black program boasts a minimum marble score of 1+, produced at our Beef City facility, which is ideally located in the prime grain- and cattle-producing region of the Darling Downs in South East Queensland.

One of only two integrated feedlot and processing facilities in Australia, cattle are walked from the feedlot to the plant, minimising stress to achieve the highest eating qualities, such as tenderness and juiciness.

Our highly skilled and experienced workforce takes pride in product presentation, and a dedicated team of Quality Assurance staff actively checks that product specifications are adhered to so our customers receive the same Beef City quality every time.
